The Municipality of Keratsini-Drapetsona, within the framework of the invitation "DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF LOCAL AUTHORITIES" with Code: 01 (O.P.S. E.S.P.A. number: 241) from the Special Management Service of the "Digital Transformation" Program co-financed by the ERDF, intends to procure new applications and technological means that will improve the management and functionality of the urban environment. The implementation of digital solutions supported by locally generated data aims for more efficient, innovative, and high-quality services for the benefit of residents, visitors, and businesses, while the utilization of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies aims to enhance the demand for broadband services.

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION ACTIONS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF KERATSINI-DRAPETSONA.
The Municipality of Keratsini-Drapetsona, within the framework of the invitation "DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF LOCAL AUTHORITIES" with Code: 01 (O.P.S. E.S.P.A. number: 241) from the Special Management Service of the "Digital Transformation" Program co-financed by the ERDF, intends to procure new applications and technological means that will improve the management and functionality of the urban environment. The implementation of digital solutions supported by locally generated data aims for more efficient, innovative, and high-quality services for the benefit of residents, visitors, and businesses, while the utilization of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies aims to enhance the demand for broadband services.
In this context, the Municipality intends to implement the Project "Digital Transformation Actions of the Municipality of Keratsini-Drapetsona" which includes the following Actions:
1 (4.) Smart pedestrian crossings and friendly to persons with disabilities
2 (7.) Integration of lamps into a central management computing center
3 (8.) Organization of Traffic Office and Management of municipal fleet of vehicles
4 (11.) Smart City / Municipality Guide with recording of local businesses
5 (20.) Cultural - Sports events - Electronic ticket management
6 (32.) Electronic system for managing and organizing the administration and operational capacity of local authorities
7 (34.) Comprehensive infrastructure protection from cyber attacks (Network Firewall, Endpoint security, etc.) and provision of a teleworking system
8 (37.) Creation of high-speed connectivity between municipal buildings - infrastructures
9 (9.) Smart energy management systems for municipal and school buildings
