1 The subject of the contract is the design and execution of construction works at the facilities of the Tarnów Sewage Treatment Plant operated by Tarnowskie Wodociągi Sp. z o. o. in Tarnów concerning the replacement of the pump in the municipal sewage pumping station and the replacement of the flood pump along with the execution of additional installations, equipment, and works based on the technical documentation provided by the Contracting Authority.
The contract for construction works is conducted in the form of "design and build" based on the technical documentation in the form of a Functional and Utility Program (hereinafter referred to as PFU) along with annexes for each of the parts of the order.
1.1. The scope of the contract has been divided into 2 parts, which include the following tasks:
Part no. 1 Replacement of the pump in the municipal sewage pumping station,
Part no. 2 Replacement of the flood pump.
The contractor may submit an offer for any part of the contract or for all parts of the contract.

3.1.2. The scope of the subject of the contract for part 1 includes at least:
• preparation of project documentation – executive design,
• preparation of the construction site and construction facilities,
• dismantling of the existing pump, installation, and equipment,
• construction and assembly works related to the replacement of the pump, raw sewage technology pipeline, installed devices, and fittings,
• installation of a new pump, pressure pipeline, and technological equipment,
• commissioning of devices and installations along with training the Contracting Authority’s personnel,
• development of as-built documentation and DTR.
The Contracting Authority has described the subject of the contract in detail using the following documents:
• Description of the Subject of the Order, which constitutes the PFU with attachments (attachment no. 8A to the SWZ).
Detailed regulations in the procurement documents.
2. The deadline for the execution of the subject of the contract: 6 months from the date of signing the contract, but not later than by December 15, 2026. The indicated initial date of validity of the contract has been supplemented due to the mandatory announcement field. The actual initial date will be the date of the conclusion of the contract.

The scope of the subject of the contract for part 2 includes at least:

• replacement of the flood pump through:
a) dismantling of the existing pump along with the motor and the pipe shaft,
b) installation of a new submersible pump along with the pipe shaft,
c) dismantling of the connection cabinet of the existing flood pump,
d) supply and installation of a new connection cabinet for the flood pump along with connecting the pump to the OPT3 distribution board,
e) supply and installation of new lighting.
• liquidation of the lower platform through:
a) dismantling of the steel structure,
b) dismantling of two railings,
c) dismantling of the stairs leading to the lower platform,
d) dismantling of the railing on the stairs,
e) liquidation of two lamps along with the cable power supply suspended from the upper platform,
• maintenance and restoration works of other structures and infrastructure,
• commissioning of devices and installations along with training the Contracting Authority’s personnel,
• development of as-built documentation and DTR.
