For each lot: The successful bidder is required to deliver new, unused products to the designated location, install them, and hand them over in a functional, tested state, as well as to train up to 3 persons for a maximum of 1 day (8 hours) period, and transfer the ownership of the products free of charge, burden, and encumbrance to the contracting authority. 1st lot: Laboratory autoclave 2nd lot: Centrifuges + rotors 3rd lot: Microcentrifuges 4th lot: Microscope 5th lot: Cell density meter 6th lot: Microdrop UV-Vis spectrophotometer 7th lot: Single-channel pipette 8th lot: Multi-channel pipette 9th lot: Vortex For lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 9, the Seller is obligated to provide on-site warranty, according to which they must appear on site within 5 working days after reporting the defect, determine the cause of the problem, and rectify it on site or arrange for the removal of the defective goods. The repair must occur within the realistically shortest time, of which the Seller must inform the Buyer in advance. The expectations of the contracting authority are detailed in the specification table in the annex. Offers containing goods that meet the specific values provided in the annex or have equivalent parameters will be accepted as valid offers (321/2015. (X. 30.) Government Decree § 46. (3)), provided that the deviation does not result in changes in the use of materials or their usability.
