Description:
The project involves designing, constructing, and launching an Intelligent Transport System in Radom, including traffic light reconstruction, integration for public transport priorities, and the establishment of a Traffic Control Center.

The object of the contract is the design, construction, and launch of the Intelligent Transport System in Radom (hereinafter referred to as "ITS System") in connection with the implementation of the project titled: "Development of urban mobility infrastructure in the Functional Area of Radom – stages I and II". The contract is carried out in the "design and build" mode, consisting of two main stages: the design stage and the implementation stage. The contract includes the design, installation, and launch of the ITS system as well as the reconstruction of the geometry of selected intersections.
The contract includes:
- reconstruction and construction of traffic lights at 39 intersections and pedestrian crossings,
- adaptation of traffic lights at 39 intersections and pedestrian crossings to operate in the ITS system,
- implementation at 39 intersections and pedestrian crossings equipped with traffic lights of priorities for public transport,
- delivery and launch of an information application integrating the ITS subsystems,
- reconstruction of intersections geometry,
- equipping the Traffic Control Center and server room,
- execution of a data transmission network,
- delivery of electric vehicles.
Details of the subject of the contract are specified in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ) - Annex No. 11 to the SWZ and the Functional and Utility Program (PFU) which is Annex No. 6 to the OPZ.
