The subject of the contract is the modernization, delivery, and implementation of information systems along with the delivery of necessary IT equipment. The subject of the contract has been divided into 4 tasks: Task 1 – Delivery of cloud infrastructure along with full migration and cloud infrastructure administration service Task 2 – Comprehensive implementation of the RIS/PACS system, which is a modern, integrated, cloud-based information system supporting all business processes in imaging diagnostics laboratories along with bilateral integration with the HIS AMMS system Task 3 – Purchase of a digitization system for documentation requiring the patient's signature in a medical facility, integrated bilaterally with the HIS AMMS system, along with the delivery of signature digitization and content display devices, staff training, and support service. Task 4 – Purchase of equipment for digitizing paper medical documentation along with software and information systems cooperating with the purchased digitization equipment and bilateral integration with the HIS AMMS system.
