The subject of the contract is:
1) delivery of 8 brand new electric buses (Battery Electric Vehicle – BEV) for public transport, low-floor buses, and the delivery, installation, and commissioning of 8 mobile chargers enabling the charging of energy storage in the supplied electric buses, as detailed in Attachment No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order,
2) conducting training for 32 designated employees of the Public Transport Operator on the operation of the buses and charging infrastructure.
The term "Public Transport Operator," hereinafter referred to as "Operator," refers to the City Bus Company Sp. z o. o. in Krosno;
3) delivery of documentation;
4) provision of necessary tools, including diagnostic equipment with necessary interfaces and licensed software, in quantities and scope allowing for free use of all functionalities of BEV buses;
5) granting internal authorization for servicing and operating BEV buses (ASO).
