The subject of the contract is to provide the services of a contract engineer in all areas of supervision over the execution of the investment task as stated in the title of the tender. The investment task will be carried out in a design and build mode. The scope of supervision will include investor supervision in accordance with the requirements of the Construction Law, supervision over the technical aspects of the investment with regard to the stages of design and construction, supervision over the organization of the investment process, and supervision over the financial and legal aspects of the investment.
