The framework agreement aims to provide beneficiaries with a contractual support allowing them to access support services for project management in digital transformation for their digital projects and products.

LOT-0001
Conducting studies and audits.
This lot contains a set of work units aimed particularly at supporting beneficiaries: * for studies of their IS (urbanization, architecture, infrastructure); * for audits (operational system, project).

LOT-0002
Support for change management up to 500,000 Euros excluding tax.
This lot contains a set of work units aimed at: * raising awareness among beneficiaries about methods; * acculturation of beneficiaries in their migration projects to the Cloud; * training and communication for stakeholders in an IT project.

LOT-0003
Support in project design and user support monitoring up to 500,000 Euros excluding tax.
This lot contains a set of work units aimed particularly at supporting beneficiaries: * in formalizing a needs expression; * in drafting SFG/SFD; * in level 1 and 2 user assistance.

LOT-0004
Assistance services for project management of digital projects/products above 500,000 Euros excluding tax.
This lot allows for the adaptation of work units to the needs of beneficiaries by specifying their characteristics and conditions of execution for each specific context. A MS can contain personalized work units for: conducting studies; project development; project management; change management; third-party application testing.

LOT-0005
Support for functional third-party application testing - up to 500,000 Euros excluding tax.
This lot contains a set of work units aimed particularly at supporting beneficiaries: * in the design and execution of functional testing; * in test automation. This lot does not contain work units dedicated to technical testing.

LOT-0006
Support for the preparation and awarding of contracts for intellectual IT services.
This lot contains a set of work units aimed particularly at supporting beneficiaries: * in drafting your CCTP and analyzing offers; * in benchmarking and sourcing.

LOT-0007
Inter mediation services for the provision of rare and/or specific expertise in Agile mode in the design of digital products.
This lot contains a set of work units aimed particularly at providing expertise to beneficiaries: * agile management; * complementary expertise related to project management assistance.
