The engagement seeks to gather information from suppliers for an Examination Workflow Management System to manage music and communication assessments, covering various functionalities such as scheduling, booking, and results management.
This Request for Information engagement will be used to support the sourcing strategy for the following: Provision of an Examination Workflow Management System to support the end-to-end management of music and communication assessments. Requirements include session scheduling, exam booking, mark scheme creation, secure document generation, timetabling, examiner allocation, results and certificate management, quality-assurance processing, management of conflicts of interest, complaints, appeals, and reasonable adjustments, customer dashboards, payments processing, system APIs, data analysis and system reporting.
