The subject of the order is the supply of electricity and the purchase of surplus energy generated in the renewable energy installations of the Ordering Party, for the needs of the Municipal Enterprise for Public Utility Management sp. z o.o. in Katowice. The Ordering Party estimates the projected quantity of supplied electricity at the level of 4,611.64 MWh during the term of the contract, but not less than 2,500.00 MWh. The Ordering Party also estimates the projected quantity of electricity delivered to the grid during the term of the contract at the level of 435.70 MWh.
