Package I – Integration and expansion of the hospital's domain-specific systems (RIS/PACS System), .
The subject of the order includes: 1) Expansion of the RIS/PACS systems owned by the Podkarpackie Voivodeship Hospital named after John Paul II in Krosno through the delivery, installation, configuration, and implementation of the designated modules of the System as described in the subject of the order and their full integration with the IT systems currently functioning at the Ordering Party. The goal of the expansion is to enable compliance with the obligation to maintain medical documentation in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of April 16, 2024, on the types, scope, and templates of medical documentation and the method of its processing (Journal of Laws 2024 item 798) and the creation, collection, and exchange of medical documentation electronically in accordance with the Act of April 28, 2011, on the medical information system (Journal of Laws of 2025 item 302 with subsequent amendments) concerning documents required under legal regulations as well as documents necessary for implementation in accordance with "Annex No. 4 - Scope of the implementation of the project selection" to the Regulations for the selection of the project in the recruitment of "D1.1.2 Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care by further development of digital services in health care in a competitive manner." Integration of delivered systems with the Intelligent Services Platform of the e-Health Center in Warsaw b. The system for creating medical notes Speach2Text in the area of radiological descriptions 3) Integration of the provided software in accordance with the requirements from the SWZ. 4) Supply of certificates necessary for the system's operation, in particular for data exchange within the SIM and for connecting to the National Node. 5) Installation, implementation, configuration, and launching of the aforementioned software on the IT hardware specified by the Ordering Party. 6) Provision of test documentation (Test Plan, scenarios and test cases) for the delivered software. 7) Conducting acceptance and integration tests. 8) Training of the Ordering Party's personnel and System users in the delivered application software and system software. 9) Provision of documentation required in the SWZ. 10) Providing warranty services for the entire subject of the order delivered and realized for a period of at least 36 months from the date of final acceptance of the system (according to the Contractor's offer). 11) Delivery of an additional 10 person-days of work for the implementation team for use by the Ordering Party.

The goal is to enable compliance with the obligation to maintain medical documentation in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of April 16, 2024, on the types, scope, and templates of medical documentation and the method of its processing (Journal of Laws 2024 item 798) and the creation, collection, and exchange of medical documentation electronically in accordance with the Act of April 28, 2021, on the medical information system (Journal of Laws of 2025 item 302 with subsequent amendments) regarding documents required under legal regulations and documents necessary for implementation in accordance with "Annex No. 4 – Scope of the implementation of the project selection" to the Regulations for the selection of the project in the recruitment of "D1.1.2 Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care in a competitive manner." Package IV - Raising the level of cybersecurity, .
The subject of the order includes the delivery and implementation of an IT security management system including: 1) Delivery, installation, and implementation in the IT environment of the Ordering Party of a SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) class system used for collecting, analyzing, and correlating security events from various IT devices and systems in order to detect threats, incidents, and anomalies. 2) Delivery, installation, and implementation in the IT environment of the Ordering Party of a SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response) class system used for the automation, orchestration, and execution of responses to IT security incidents. 3) Delivery, installation, and implementation in the IT environment of the Ordering Party of an access control system for controlling user and device access to the Ordering Party's IT infrastructure. 4) Integration of systems delivered as part of the proceedings and integration with the existing security systems held by the Ordering Party (such as: SIEM, EDR, WAF, etc.). 5) Delivery of unlimited one-time paid licenses along with manufacturer support services for a period of 36 months from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol. 6) Provision of SOC (Security Operations Center) services for 24/7 monitoring, detection, analysis, and response to IT security incidents for a period of 36 months from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol. 7) Integration of the provided software in accordance with the requirements from the SWZ. 8) Installation, implementation, configuration, and launching of the aforementioned software on the IT hardware specified by the Ordering Party. 9) Provision of test documentation (Test Plan, scenarios and test cases) for the delivered software. 10) Conducting acceptance tests. 11) Training of the Ordering Party’s personnel and System users in the delivered application and system software. 12) Provision of documentation required in the SWZ. 13) Providing warranty services for the entire subject of the order delivered and realized for a period of at least 36 months from the date of final acceptance of the system (according to the Contractor's offer). 14) Delivery of an additional 10 person-days of work for the implementation team for use by the Ordering Party.

Package V
Package V – delivery of IT equipment, .
I. The subject of the Order is: 1) Purchase, delivery, installation, and commissioning of computer equipment and software meeting the requirements described in this document. It includes the following actions: a. Delivery of Devices and software to the Delivery Locations under the basic part of the Order within 60 days from the date of entering into the Agreement, no later than 25.05.2026. b. Development of a schedule for the delivery, installation, and configuration of the delivered Hardware and software. c. Development of a Technical Project necessary for launching Hardware and software at the Ordering Party in accordance with the requirements specified in the OPZ. d. Installation and configuration of equipment and software in accordance with the Technical Project approved by the Ordering Party. e. Conducting tests of the delivered Hardware and software. f. Preparation of post-execution technical documentation in accordance with the requirements of the OPZ. g. Provision of Service and Warranty for the delivered Equipment and Software for the period specified in the Contractor's Offer (not less than 36 months). 2) Training of users: a. Training for administrators in the delivered cybersecurity solutions. b. Training of employees in cybersecurity. c. Administrator training concerning the provided server infrastructure solutions and virtualization along with backup software.
