The procurement aims to provide consulting services related to environmental research and planning, as well as related studies for properties under the management or control of Senate Properties, Defence Properties, or any other business or entity belonging to the same group under the Accounting Act.
The focus of the assignments is on environmental technical planning, environmental monitoring, management of risks caused by contaminated land (PIMA) and soil waste, conducting environmental and geo-research, planning and supervising remediation projects, and assessing and pricing environmental risks. Additionally, the procurement includes the planning of diverse environmental protection structures, including municipal engineering, geo-, structural, electrical, and space category planning for the sites. The sites are located throughout Finland.
The estimated value of the procurement for the entire contract period is approximately 8,500,000 euros (excluding VAT).
