The subject of the order is the supply of special vehicles for drone groups with equipment – SLUAV type air operations vehicle - 4 units, meeting the “Standard of equipment for special vehicles – SLUAV type air operations vehicle” edition I approved by the Chief Commander of the State Fire Service on July 25, 2025. The subject of the order is detailed in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ – “Description of the subject of the order”. The remaining conditions for the execution of the order are specified in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, the template of which is Annex No. 3 to the SWZ. The delivered vehicles must be brand new, produced no earlier than 2025, free from physical and legal defects, and claims from third parties. According to Article 101 clause 4 of the Public Procurement Law, in places where the subject of the order is described using standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications, and reference technical systems, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions to those described. Indicating the equivalence of the offered solution according to Article 101 clause 5 of the Public Procurement Law rests with the Contractor. In the case of describing the subject of the order using standards, equivalent solutions are considered those that ensure compliance with the minimum requirements specified in the standard at a level not worse than described in the relevant standards. In the case of standards quoted in the SWZ, current standards are understood. In other cases (description of the subject of the order using European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications, and reference technical systems), a product, material, or system with technical, functional, and quality parameters no worse than those mentioned in the description of the subject of the order is considered equivalent. The subject of the order also includes conducting training for User representatives on the operation of the subject of the contract (detailed conditions are contained in paragraph 5 clause 13 of Annex No. 3 to the SWZ draft provisions of the contract).
