Design, delivery and construction of a charging infrastructure for the fast charging of 52 electric buses.
Verkehrs-Aktiengesellschaft Nürnberg is upgrading its existing bus parking hall for the operation of electric buses.
To this end, a comprehensive charging infrastructure will be provided from the connection to the 20 kV
medium-voltage grid.
This includes the medium-voltage switchgear, transformers, low-voltage switchgear, chargers, front ends, cabling/power distribution and all necessary peripherals such as
Mounting material. The entire charging infrastructure is to be designed, delivered, erected and handed over to the Client ready for operation as a turnkey and fully functional overall system.

The system supplies 52 eBuses with electrical energy and is designed for a total connected load of 6.4 MVA.

Compared to the basic offer, the option includes all technology for charging at up to 28 existing charging points from the basic offer with an additional up to 14 chargers. The number of charging points will remain the same (52 units),
only selected charging points can be supplied with a single charger.
