Description:
The project involves designing, supplying, and installing photovoltaic systems and energy storage in various public utility buildings in Czeladź to enhance energy efficiency and utilize renewable energy.

1. The subject of the contract is the task consisting of designing, supplying, and installing photovoltaic devices and systems, which will be installed in public utility buildings in the city of Czeladź. The material effect of the implementation of the project will be the introduction of technology enabling the use of renewable energy. The subject of the contract has been divided into 3 parts: part A, part B, part C - in accordance with Chapter IV of the SWZ.
2. The investment task is co-financed by: the European Union from the Just Transition Fund as part of European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 - for the Priority: FESL.10.00 - European Funds for transformation for Action: FESL.10.06 - Development of distributed energy based on renewable energy sources.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Attachments No. 2.A - OPZ Documentation part A, 2.B - OPZ Documentation part B, 2.C - OPZ Documentation part C.
4. The contracting authority informs that submission of an offer does not require a site inspection and does not foresee convening a meeting of contractors to explain the contents of the SWZ.
5. The contracting authority informs that where it described the subject of the contract by reference to standards, technical evaluations, technical specifications, and systems of technical references mentioned in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Pzp Act, the contracting authority allows equivalent solutions to those described. Therefore, it should be assumed that the phrase 'or equivalent' accompanies each reference in this SWZ and its attachments. The contractor citing equivalent solutions to those described by the contracting authority is obligated to demonstrate that the solutions proposed by the contractor meet the requirements set out in the description of the subject of the contract to an equivalent degree.
6. The contracting authority does not require the submission of the aforementioned evidence with the offer.

7/D/MZGK/25 - part A
"Improvement of Energy Efficiency of Public Utility Buildings in Czeladź - Renewable Energy Installations" - Part A.
The subject of the contract is the task consisting of designing, supplying, and installing photovoltaic devices and systems. As part of the planned investment in part A, photovoltaic micro-installations will be installed along with energy storage using solar energy for the production of electricity.
Scope of the object of the contract:
1. Public Kindergarten No. 5, ul. Krótka 1, Czeladź:
- 2 photovoltaic installations with power of 3.22 kW and 15.18 kW along with an energy storage of 10.20 kWh - photovoltaic panels with a minimum power of 460Wp.
2. Public Kindergarten No. 10, ul. Żeromskiego 19, Czeladź:
- Photovoltaic installation with a power of 12.42 kW along with an energy storage of 5.10 kWh - photovoltaic panels with a minimum power of 460Wp.
3. Primary School No. 5, ul. Lwowska 2, Czeladź:
- 2 photovoltaic installations with power of 48.30 kW and 27.60 kW along with energy storages of 15.40 kWh and 10.20 kWh - photovoltaic panels with a minimum power of 460Wp.
4. Primary School No. 7, ul. Spacerowa 2, Czeladź:
- 3 photovoltaic installations with power of 29.90 kW, 7.82 kW, and 48.30 kW along with energy storages of 10.20 kWh, 5.10 kWh, and 10.20 kWh - photovoltaic panels with a minimum power of 460Wp.
5. MZGK, ul. Orzeszkowej 12, Czeladź:
- Photovoltaic installation with a power of 27.60 kW along with an energy storage of 10.20 kWh - photovoltaic panels with a minimum power of 460Wp.
The contracting authority allows for the use of modules with a higher power than indicated in the concepts for individual locations and to reduce their quantity while maintaining the total power of the photovoltaic installation for the given location.
The contractor is obliged to conduct a load-bearing roof assessment for each location to check the feasibility and method of installing modules and photovoltaic installations. These assessments must be prepared by a person authorized to design in the construction branch. These assessments will be provided to the contracting authority in paper form in 2 copies for each location individually and in electronic form on an electronic medium. The electronic form will be provided in PDF format and in an editable version.

Improvement of Energy Efficiency of Public Utility Buildings in Czeladź - Renewable Energy Installations" - Part B.
The subject of the contract is the task consisting of designing, supplying, and installing photovoltaic devices and systems. As part of the planned investment in part B, photovoltaic micro-installations will be installed along with energy storage utilizing solar energy to produce electricity, as well as the existing photovoltaic installation will be equipped with energy storage together with its adaptation to work with energy storages.
Scope of the object of the contract:
1. Public Kindergarten No. 1, ul. Czeczotta 4, Czeladź
- Photovoltaic installation with a power of 15.64 kW along with an energy storage of 10.20 kWh - photovoltaic panels with a minimum power of 460Wp.
2. Primary School No. 1, ul. Reymonta 80, Czeladź
- Photovoltaic installation with a power of 40.02 kW along with an energy storage of 10.20 kWh - photovoltaic panels with a minimum power of 460Wp.
3. Primary School No. 4, ul. Katowicka 42, Czeladź
- Photovoltaic installation with a power of 42.32 kW along with an energy storage of 10.20 kWh - photovoltaic panels with a minimum power of 460Wp.
4. Stadium Service Building, ul. Sportowa 7, Czeladź
- Photovoltaic installation with a power of 49.68 kW along with an energy storage of 10.20 kWh - photovoltaic panels with a minimum power of 460Wp.
5. Czeladź City Hall Building, ul. Katowicka 45, Czeladź
- Equipping the existing photovoltaic installation with a power of 49.80 kW with energy storage of 41 kWh along with its adaptation to work with energy storages.
The contracting authority allows for the use of modules with a higher power than indicated in the concepts for individual locations and to reduce their quantity while maintaining the total power of the photovoltaic installation for the given location.

- Photovoltaic installation with a power of 8.28 kW along with an energy storage of 5.10 kWh - photovoltaic panels with a minimum power of 460Wp.
3. Public Kindergarten No. 9, ul. Niepodległości 8, Czeladź
- Photovoltaic installation with a power of 17.94 kW along with an energy storage of 10.20 kWh - photovoltaic panels with a minimum power of 460Wp.
4. Public Kindergarten No. 11, ul. Kombatantów 2, Czeladź
- Photovoltaic installation with a power of 11.96 kW along with an energy storage of 5.10 kWh - photovoltaic panels with a minimum power of 460Wp.
5. Primary School No. 2, ul. Szkolna 6, Czeladź
- 2 photovoltaic installations with a power of 28.06 kW and 47.84 kW along with 2 energy storages of 10.20 kWh - photovoltaic panels with a minimum power of 460Wp.
6. Primary School No. 3, ul. Staszica 47, Czeladź
- Photovoltaic installation with a power of 43.24 kW along with an energy storage of 10.20 kWh - photovoltaic panels with a minimum power of 460Wp.
