1. The subject of the contract is the delivery along with the commissioning and implementation of IT equipment, training sessions, and provision of licenses for the improvement of cybersecurity at WS SP ZOZ in Nowa Sól. This subject of the contract is a separate procedure within the funding obtained from the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan, component D1.1.2 Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of health care through further development of digital services in health care in a competitive mode. As part of the entire project, the Ordering Party has made estimates for the entire project, however, the contract is awarded in parts. Individual procedures are announced in accordance with the procurement plan for competitive bidding for 2025.
2. The Ordering Party has divided the subject of the contract into 6 parts. Package 1 - Delivery along with the commissioning and implementation of IT equipment - servers, arrays, deduplicators, fiber optic modules and cabling, licenses, software. Package 2 - Delivery along with the commissioning and implementation of network switches. Package 3 - Delivery of computer sets. Package 4 - Delivery of Oracle 19SE2 licenses per processor. Package 5 - Delivery of antivirus software EDR/XDR. Package 6 - Training in cybersecurity.
3. The description of the subject of the contract has been specified in detail in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.

5. In accordance with Article 257 of the Pzp Act, the Ordering Party reserves the right to annul the proceedings if the public funds that the Ordering Party intended to allocate for financing the whole or part of the contract have not been granted to it.
