The subject of the procurement is the management and supervision service of information security for the Helsinki Regional Transport Authority (hereinafter HSL, client, procurement unit) for a fixed term of 24 months, after which the contract may be extended indefinitely. The subject of the procurement and the related requirements are described in this participation request and its annexes.
The procurement will be carried out using a limited procedure.
NOTE. Access to the procurement documents is restricted to protect the confidentiality of information (Act on Public Contracts in Special Sectors, Section 73, Paragraph 3). The procurement unit will provide the following confidential attachments to candidates approved as bidders upon receiving a signed confidentiality agreement:
- Procurement description for service management (Annex 3)
- RACI (Annex 4)
- Phasing of the implementation project (Annex 6)
- Contacts for the information security agreement and their responsibilities (sub-annex 9.3)
- Log source list
- Technical architecture descriptions
In addition, more detailed technical information (e.g., the number of monitored objects, the entities belonging to partial services) will be provided upon receiving a signed confidentiality agreement.
Instructions for submitting the confidentiality agreement will be provided to selected candidates before the bidding phase or at the latest by the invitation to tender.
