1. The subject of the contract is the modernization of Magnetic Resonance Imaging – Philips Ingenia 1.5 T - located in the equipment of the Ordering Party as part of the project implemented from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan – component D "Efficiency, Availability, and Quality of the Health Care System"
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in Appendix No. 1a to the SWZ – technical parameters.
3. The Ordering Party anticipates the use of the so-called reversed procedure referred to in Article 139, paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law.
