In addition to the actual supply of the equipment, delivery will be considered fulfilled when the accessory services are performed, namely: • installation, commissioning, and testing of the equipment; • conducting training. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (1) of Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is [21] days before the deadline for submitting offers. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para. (2) of Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions, the Contracting Authority establishes a deadline within which it will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, on the 12th day before the deadline for submitting offers. The deadline for responding to clarifications has been established so that economic operators have an adequate period for analyzing the award documentation and, subsequently, for preparing offers in light of the responses provided by the Contracting Authority.
