The National Bank of Slovakia, as a contracting authority, is conducting preparatory market consultations (PMC) for the delivery of an information system for document management - Document Management System (DMS). The purpose of the PMC is to present the planned project from a technological and functional perspective and to hear the views of the expert public, specifically to gather information primarily regarding the optimization of technical requirements of the subject of the contract, the duration of the execution of the subject of the contract, and the determination of the current estimated value of the contract. The contracting authority has published a call for participation in the PMC; all information and documents necessary for familiarization with the issues and enabling the preparation of participants for the PMC, including the questions of the contracting authority in the PMC and the deadline for submitting responses, are available at the following website: https://nbs.sk/o-narodnej-banke/verejne-obstaravanie/pripravne-trhove-konzultacie/ptk-document-management-system-dms/. The PMC will be conducted in the form of electronic communication between the contracting authority and the participants of the PMC. The contracting authority admits that if it appears expedient based on the information obtained during the PMC, the PMC may continue with additional rounds or further direct communication with participants who raise comments.
