The subject of the procurement is a comprehensive solution to enhance the security level of the UMB metropolitan network, the electronic services provided by the university, as well as the protection of its employees from cyber attacks. The solution consists of several components and services that will complement each other so that the university's information systems meet the requirements imposed on them in the area of cyber security. The procurement will include: • backup data storage (disk array), • data storage for off-line backups (NAS), • next generation firewalls, • perimeter firewall (for the workplace in Poprad), • monitoring tool at the network boundary, • intrusion detection and prevention probe, • tool for central log management, • monitoring tool for operational parameters, • implementation of a tool for central management and application of security patches, • implementation of a centralized malware protection solution within existing Microsoft 365 licenses in synergy with antivirus solutions from ESET (the purchase of these licenses is not subject to procurement). • implementation of a tool for automatic notification of vulnerabilities in software resources.
Data storages must be compatible with VMWare and Veeam platforms.
Along with the delivery of hardware and software, we require comprehensive implementation services focused on the secure deployment of the environment, including training for the operators.
