The subject of the contract is the delivery of equipment for genetic diagnostics under the multi-year program entitled National Oncology Strategy. The subject of the contract has been divided into parts constituting 5 tasks, the Contracting Authority allows the submission of partial bids, and the Contractor may submit a bid for any number of tasks. Detailed description and method of execution of the contract are included in Annex No. 1A-5A to the SWZ and the Price Quotation Form constituting Annexes No. 1-5 to the SWZ.
