OBJECT OF SUPPLIES: Supply of molecular biology products, in 5 separate lots.

COMMENT: The purpose of this framework agreement is to supply products to meet the needs for reagents and consumables in molecular biology. This contract is divided into 5 separate lots:

Lot 1: Experimental Reagents for DNA
Lot 2: DNA Extraction/Purification Kits
Lot 3: Experimental Reagents for RNA
Lot 4: Consumables for the extraction and amplification of nucleic acids 100% compatible with Roche LightCycler 480, MagNaLyser instruments, etc.
Lot 5: Common solvents and consumables for experiments in molecular biology

FOR LOTS 1, 2, AND 3: The initial duration is 1 year, starting on October 22, 2025 (until October 21, 2026) and may be renewed 3 times for 1 year.

FOR LOTS 4 AND 5: The initial duration is 283 days, starting on January 12, 2026 (until October 21, 2026) and may be renewed 3 times for 1 year.

The technical requirements for the products are described in point III of this Special Terms of Reference. It is clear that since these are requirements, the offer must respond perfectly to them. Under penalty of nullity, the bidder must submit a price for each item in the inventory.
