The Technical Directorate proposes an industrial project to frame, specify, and develop a new generation of Control Command in Source Posts: the PCCV project (Virtualized Protection and Control Command). It is part of a context of technological evolution and industrial transition for Enedis. It is based in particular on the following technologies: • The international standard IEC 61850, which has now become a market standard. • Virtualization in the field of control command, currently in the phase of industrialization. The subject of the contract concerns a need for expertise divided into 4 lots: Lot 1 - Virtualization Lot 2 - Specifications 61131 Lot 3 - Testing and System Integration Lot 4 - Hardware Integration and Experimentation The project management assistance services will contribute to the preliminary design work of the new control command system. Each of these lots will be awarded to a maximum of 1 contractor. A candidate may be a candidate and contractor for one or more Lots, without restriction.
