The subject of fulfilling the public contract is the comprehensive supply and implementation of technology, delivery of hardware, software, and infrastructure for the realization of technical security measures according to Act No. 264/2025 Coll., on cyber security, for securing information systems operated by the Health Emergency Service of the Liberec Region, p.o., (hereafter referred to as “ZZS”), including securing support for hardware and software. The public contract is divided into parts.

LOT-0001
Part A: L3 switches, L2 switches, wireless coverage of workplaces, and technical support.
The subject of fulfilling Part A of the public contract is the supply and implementation of tools for effective management and administration of the contracting authority's cyber security. The content of the fulfillment primarily includes the supply, installation, implementation, and configuration of cyber security information systems and technologies and their components, including providing a license for their use and ensuring service and technical support services for the contracting authority for a period of 5 years after the delivery of the technology according to the technical specifications.

Part B: access control system, security log analysis system and network traffic, technical support.
The subject of fulfilling Part B of the public contract is the supply and implementation of tools for effective management and administration of the contracting authority's cyber security. The content of the fulfillment primarily includes the supply, installation, implementation, and configuration of cyber security information systems and technologies and their components, including providing a license for their use and ensuring service and technical support services for the contracting authority for a period of 5 years after the delivery of the technology according to the technical specifications.
