The subject of the contract conducted under the 'design and build' formula is: Construction of RES installations using energy storage in public utility buildings in the Municipality of Czechowice-Dziedzice, which includes comprehensive design, delivery, installation along with commissioning, as well as all construction and assembly works of complete photovoltaic installations and energy storage systems and heat pumps for the following public utility buildings of the Municipality of Czechowice-Dziedzice:

The roof of the building SP No. 2 in Ligota at ul. Miliardowicka is under renovation (except for the gym with locker room facilities and the new segment). Location 8 - Eco and Green Center in Czechowice-Dziedzice, ul. hrabiego Kotulińskiego 2; 43-502 Czechowice-Dziedzice
- Photovoltaic installation with a minimum power of 24.5kWp including:
• existing installation 5.5kW;
• new installation with a minimum power of 19kW, and energy storage with a usable capacity of at least 12kWh

The scope of the order includes:
a) preparation of complete design documentation separately for each location along with obtaining all approvals, permits, and notifications if required by applicable law,
b) execution in accordance with the requirements and additional information described in detail by the Contracting Authority in the Functional Utility Program, construction and assembly works and supplies along with the commissioning of photovoltaic installations and heat pumps in accordance with the law regulations,
c) obtaining on behalf and for the benefit of the Contracting Authority all necessary permits and administrative decisions allowing for the use of the installation,
d) providing quality warranty for the completed installations and ensuring service and technical inspections during the warranty period.

A detailed description of the subject of the order is indicated in the Functional Utility Program (hereinafter PFU) which is an attachment No. 10 to the SWZ. Within this order, the scope of investment described in the Functional Utility Program (PFU) will be realized.
The order is co-financed from the European Union funds from the Just Transition Fund under the European Funds for Silesia Program 2021-2027, Priority FESL.10 European Funds for Transition, Action FESL.10.06 Development of distributed energy based on renewable sources.
