The subject of the contract is the delivery of equipment and implementation of a system for automatic digitization of medical documentation. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the requirements for the execution of the Agreement are described in Attachments No. 1 to 7 of this Agreement, which forms an integral part of the Agreement. The Contractor is obliged to execute the order on the terms and conditions set out in the draft provisions of the public procurement agreement, which will be included in the content of this agreement and specified in Attachment No. 2 to the SWZ.
The purchase is carried out as part of the project entitled “Modernization of digital infrastructure at Mazowiecki Specialist Hospital Ltd. in Radom”, implemented under the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan: Component D “Efficiency, Accessibility, and Quality of the Healthcare System”, Investment D1.1.2 “Accelerating the processes of digital transformation in healthcare through the further development of digital services in healthcare”.
