Its purpose is to provide specialized skills to ensure: - the development, modification, and maintenance of industrial automation programs; - the adaptation, evolution, and maintenance of SCADA supervision systems; - technical support related to wastewater treatment installations as well as potable water production and distribution infrastructures. Scope of services: The services notably include: - Industrial automation ➢ Programming and modification of industrial controllers; ➢ Diagnosis and troubleshooting; ➢ Migration and upgrading of existing systems; ➢ On-site interventions including, if necessary, wiring work related to automation. - SCADA Supervision ➢ Development and adaptation of supervision software; ➢ Updating operator screens and HMI interfaces; ➢ Data integration into SCADA systems according to IDELUX Water standards; ➢ Maintenance and optimization of existing systems. - Technical support and infrastructure ➢ Configuration and maintenance of industrial networks (VPN, routers, remote access); ➢ Management of exchanges between controllers and supervision systems; ➢ Technical assistance on site and remotely.
