The subject of the order /CPV Code: 34144910-0; 31158000-8/ is the production, delivery, issuance, and transfer by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of ownership rights and the coverage of factory new units under warranty service:
a) 6 pieces of standard urban buses (MAXI) powered by electricity, low-floor,
b) 5 pieces of articulated urban buses (MEGA) powered by electricity, low-floor.
The scope of the basic order also includes the delivery of chargers.
The detailed scope and rules for delivering the subject of the basic order and options are specified in the SWZ, the description of the subject of the order (OPZ) which constitutes attachment no. 8 to the SWZ, and the provisions of the model contract which constitute attachment no. 7 to the SWZ.
The Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the option right, consisting of extending the order by 3 pieces of buses and 2 pieces of wired chargers.
