The subject of this public procurement is the delivery of 2 mini computers – AI computing supercomputers (hereinafter referred to as "supercomputers"), intended for inference of large language models (LLMs), specialization and fine-tuning of pre-trained networks, development and operation of AI agents, and local operation of models up to 200 billion parameters. The supercomputers must also allow for the connection of two units into a mini cluster to work with models of up to 405 billion parameters. The supercomputers must be fully compatible with the currently used software of the contracting authority (Linux). The subject of the public procurement also includes the delivery of 1 high-speed connection cable for direct connection of both supercomputers (the supercomputers and the high-speed connection cable are hereinafter collectively referred to as "goods"). The subject of the public procurement also includes the provision of warranty service for the delivered goods. A part of the performance is also the delivery of accessories and documentation necessary for the acceptance and use of the goods (delivery note, operating manual, warranty card, etc.).
