Description:
Delivery, implementation, and training of a RIS/PACS/VNA system to enhance imaging diagnostics, including integration of provider information systems, cybersecurity measures, and AI solutions.

1) The subject of the contract is the delivery along with implementation and training of the RIS/PACS/VNA system, solutions enabling the fulfillment of the following pillars of the KPO D1.1.2 program in the context of Imaging Diagnostics, covering the below tasks, implemented collectively: a) Task no. 1. “INTEGRATION AND EXPANSION OF PROVIDER INFORMATION SYSTEMS” in the area: Purchase or expansion or integration of domain-specific and peripheral systems of the provider, e.g. RIS, PACS, EHR with HIS; b) Task no. 2. “ACTIONS INCREASING HOSPITAL CYBERSECURITY” in the area of backup systems c) Task no. 3. “IMPLEMENTATION OF AI SOLUTIONS” and linking to a central medical data repository in the area: integration and data exchange with the platform of intelligent services developed by the e-Health Centre (PUI) in the area of AI, supporting the process of diagnostic and therapeutic decision-making by the physician

1) The subject of the contract is the delivery along with implementation and training of the RIS/PACS/VNA system, solutions enabling the fulfillment of the following pillars of the KPO D1.1.2 program in the context of Imaging Diagnostics, covering the below tasks, implemented collectively: a) Task no. 1. “INTEGRATION AND EXPANSION OF PROVIDER INFORMATION SYSTEMS” in the area: Purchase or expansion or integration of domain-specific and peripheral systems of the provider, e.g. RIS, PACS, EHR with HIS; b) Task no. 2. “ACTIONS INCREASING HOSPITAL CYBERSECURITY” in the area of backup systems c) Task no. 3. “IMPLEMENTATION OF AI SOLUTIONS” and linking to a central medical data repository in the area: integration and data exchange with the platform of intelligent services developed by the e-Health Centre (PUI) in the area of AI, supporting the process of diagnostic and therapeutic decision-making by the physician 2) The scope of the granted contract includes: a) purchase of the RIS/PACS/VNA system, b) implementation, configuration, data migration, c) HL7 integration with external HIS systems Asseco AMMS/EDM ADMX, d) integration with the PUI platform, e) backups, updates, f) Configuration of the system in terms of connecting diagnostic devices, reporting stations, duplicators, application servers, including connection settings to the PACS server and the Modality Worklist server (does not include costs on the part of manufacturers of devices/services if the configuration capabilities of the devices are limited by administrative passwords), g) training. 3) Functional and technical requirements: a) compliance with current legal regulations (including interoperability with PUI - IT Service Platform, GDPR), b) support for DICOM, HL7/FHIR standards, c) integration with HIS/RIS and data exchange platforms. 4) Additional information: a) estimated amount of stored studies – currently ~100TB, with a 15% growth each subsequent year b) Number of imaging studies per year: in 2024 about 130 thousand. c) Existing systems: HIS: amms Asseco, RIS, and PACS – Allerad Pixel Technology d) Expected annual growth: 15% e) Expected temporary access to studies in fast space (cache): 12 months f) Used electronic signature: min. zus pue g) Nuclear medicine service h) Deployment model (hybrid) 5) Financial conditions: a) The Employer requires a cost estimate broken down into stages and components, b) The Employer requires identification of eligible elements within the KPO, 6) Warranty, liability, and technical support: a) The Employer requires a 36-month warranty and 24/7 technical support, along with author supervision, for the offered software. b) Required liability period – not shorter than 36 months from the date of the final acceptance of the subject of the order. 7) The offer should take into account: a) License costs, b) Costs of implementation, data migration, testing, and training, c) Technical support, service, maintenance, d) Interoperability requirements (DICOM, HL7, FHIR, IHE),
