The subject of the procurement is artificial intelligence expert services. The artificial intelligence expert services will support individual projects within the administrative area of the Ministry of Justice, ad-hoc small-scale development, system development during maintenance, or other assignments that require the artificial intelligence expert service covered by this procurement.

The procuring entity in this procurement is the Legal Register Centre (hereinafter referred to as “ORK” and/or “Client”). The end users of the service may be agencies belonging to the administrative area of the Ministry of Justice (hereinafter referred to as “Customer” or together “Customers”). Assignments will be made under the direction of the Client, who will define and supervise the implementations.

The Client will select one or more contractual partners based on the competition for the provision of artificial intelligence expert services. Expert services can be utilized in assignments requested by the Client from the supplier in all agencies and institutions of the administrative area of the Ministry of Justice.
