The project involves designing and realizing a production and storage facility with a 17 MW electric boiler and high-capacity hot water storage, including phases for design, assembly, and civil engineering works.

Phase 1: Design of the electric boiler and storage system
Phase 2: Realization of the electric boiler and assembly (hydraulic and thermal)
Phase 3: Realization of storage
The project management for obtaining the building permit and the civil engineering works for the storage will be handled by UEM.

Phase 3: Realization of storage
The project management for obtaining the building permit and the civil engineering works for the storage will be handled by UEM.

Subcontracting is allowed and each candidate must specify, in their application, their response format, whether in a grouping or not, the subcontractors or co-contractors anticipated or identified and their references.
Temporary groupings of companies are allowed. (The expected form is joint.)

The proposed applications must cover the necessary trades for the realization of this project.
