Framework agreement for architects and engineers - scope of services energy efficiency, indoor climate and sustainability.
At the federal properties abroad, consulting services from self-employed professionals are to be used within the framework of project preparation to determine demand and supply coverage.
Consulting services are also to be used for the formulation of requirements of the user, operator, or building owner for buildings and technical systems in the form of guidelines or model plans.
Planning services from self-employed professionals in the area of energy efficiency, indoor climate, and sustainability are necessary for carrying out simple construction measures according to Section D RBBau at these properties under the jurisdiction of the Federal Office for Foreign Affairs (BfAA).
For this purpose, a framework agreement with a term of 7 years is to be tendered.
