Description:
Construction and delivery of charging infrastructure for electric vehicles at the Technical Operations of Schwelm, including six normal and three fast charging stations, with specific eligibility and execution criteria.
Delivery and construction of charging infrastructure with charging points at the Technical Operations of Schwelm. The aim is to establish six double charging stations with normal charging power and three double charging stations with fast charging power. This includes the infrastructure from the cable, through fuses, wall penetrations to the wallbox.
I. Eligibility Criteria: 1. Economic and Financial Performance a) Liability insurance
2. Technical suitability and performance (specific, see minimum requirements sheet) a) one reference: construction of 10 to 20 charging points at a depot or similar. c) legal eligibility: approval for the execution of the service
III. Review Clause The City of Schwelm reserves the right according to § 132 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 in conjunction with 132 Abs. 2 Nr. 4a GWB or according to § 132 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 GWB accordingly, to award the execution of the services to suitable bidders in the order of the tender results who have submitted an economically acceptable offer in the procurement procedure if the contractor drops out permanently due to termination or for other reasons.
In the event that the winning bidder drops out permanently before full performance is provided due to termination, insolvency, or for other reasons, the contracting authority reserves the right to award the remaining work to the other bidders in the order of the tender result up to position 5. The additional costs incurred are to be borne by the previous contractor in terms of replacement performance.
This only applies if the resulting increase in the total price remains within the framework set by § 132 Abs. 3 GWB.
IV. Defense Clause These additional contractual conditions apply exclusively. Conflicting or deviating conditions of the contractor from these General Terms and Conditions are only recognized by the City of Schwelm if the City of Schwelm expressly and in writing agrees to their validity. These additional contractual conditions also apply if the City of Schwelm accepts the delivery unconditionally or pays for it in knowledge of conflicting or deviating conditions of the contractor from these additional contractual conditions.
