This procurement is for the SUPPLY of an 'INTEGRATED IT INFRASTRUCTURE SYSTEM AND STORAGE SOLUTIONS' within the project Digitalization at the Emergency Heart Institute for Cardiovascular Diseases 'Niculae Stăncioiu' to increase patient safety, interoperability, accessibility, and IT security', funded through the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Component 7 – Digital Transformation, Specific Investment: I.3.3 – Investments in the information systems and digital infrastructure of public healthcare units – CALL CODE: MS-733. The project is implemented based on Financing Contract no. 1935/193/1.3.3/27.11.2024. A. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160 paragraph (1) of Law no. 98/2016, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the awarding documentation is a maximum of 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. B. In accordance with the provisions of Article 160 paragraph (2) of Law no. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the established deadline for the submission of offers. Any request for clarification submitted after the date mentioned in point A will put the contracting authority in a position where it cannot provide a response within the deadline mentioned in point B, and consequently, any request for clarification outside the mentioned deadlines will be considered LATE.

This investment falls under Specific Investment I.3.3 – Investments in the information systems and digital infrastructure of public healthcare units, Call code: MS-733, and will be implemented based on Financing Contract no. 1935/193/I.3.3/27.11.2024. INTEGRATED IT INFRASTRUCTURE SYSTEM AND STORAGE SOLUTIONS, intended for the sections within the institute, to ensure adequate patient monitoring, within a complex and complete medical act, in accordance with current applicable requirements. The requested products are intended for the modernization and optimization of the IT infrastructure of the Heart Institute Cluj-Napoca, to support the digitization process and increase the safety and efficiency of medical services.
