Through this qualification system, STRASBOURG ELECTRICITE RESEAUX intends to manage its suppliers and ensure that the service providers working on its HTA/BT electric distribution network have the capacity to carry out the works entrusted to them according to the expressed needs, contractual documents, applicable laws, applicable regulations, and industry standards.
