The subject of the order is the delivery, installation, and commissioning of brand new stationary electric bus charging stations, totaling 24 pieces, including:
1) single-station stationary electric bus charging stations with direct current, with a minimum output power of 120 kW each – 23 pieces,
2) dual-station stationary electric bus charging station with direct current, with a minimum output power of 120/60 kW – 1 piece.

Delivery, installation, and commissioning of 24 pieces of stationary electric bus charging stations.
1. The subject of the order is the delivery, installation, and commissioning of brand new stationary electric bus charging stations, totaling 24 pieces, including:
1) single-station stationary electric bus charging stations with direct current, with a minimum output power of 120 kW each – 23 pieces,
2) dual-station stationary electric bus charging station with direct current, with a minimum output power of 120/60 kW – 1 piece
for Kujawsko-Pomorski Transport Samochodowy Joint Stock Company based in Włocławek.
2. The stationary electric bus charging stations will be delivered, installed, and commissioned at the organizational units of the Ordering Party, in the quantities listed below:
1) bus depot in Włocławek (postal code: 87-800), ul. Wieniecka 39 – 2 pieces of single-station charging stations,
2) bus station in Lipno (postal code: 87-600), ul. 22 Stycznia 2 – 4 pieces of single-station charging stations,
3) bus station in Rypin (postal code: 87-500), ul. Dworcowa 20 – 6 pieces of single-station charging stations,
4) bus depot in Brodnica (postal code: 87-300), ul. Słoneczna 34 – 6 pieces of single-station charging stations and 1 piece of dual-station charging station,
5) bus station in Mogilno (postal code: 88-300), ul. Dworcowa 14 – 3 pieces of single-station charging stations,
6) bus depot in Inowrocław (postal code: 88-100), Plac Kasprowicza 5 – 2 pieces of single-station charging stations,
Detailed delivery and installation locations of the charging stations, forming a total of 25 charging points (stations) for electric buses, in each organizational unit will be indicated by the Ordering Party.
3. The detailed scope of the order is included in Annex A to the SWZ titled: “Description of the subject of the order”.
4. The Ordering Party requires that the share of products, including software used in telecommunications network equipment originating from EU member states, states with which the European Union has equal treatment agreements for entrepreneurs, or states to which the provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU apply based on the Council's decision, exceed 50%.
