The subject of the framework agreement is the provision of consulting, implementation, and support services within the framework of the process optimization project SPRUNG.
LOT-0001
Framework agreement for the procurement of services for the implementation of SPRUNG (including the introduction of SAP).
Service contents and qualification requirements.
Planned procurements include the following areas of expertise:
- SAP S/4HANA transformation: process consulting, specialized consulting, and technical implementation
- Further development of existing SAP ECC 6.0 systems (commercial modules and HCM): process and specialized consulting as well as technical implementation
- Introduction of an ITSM system (planned: ServiceNow) with prospective use as Enterprise Service Management (optional)
- Project management for the aforementioned projects
- Establishment and operation of a transformation center that evaluates requirements and target processes, controls, and develops cross-system implementation proposals.
In the context of this tender, the services shall be awarded within the framework contract to be concluded. The services will not be called off as a lump sum, but rather as needed through individual calls by the client during the contract term. The project types presented in the document are based on estimates and do not imply a guarantee of a specified call-off quantity. It is to be assumed that the largest volume could be called off in the first 2.5 years after the award. The framework contract also ends when the total values of the individual calls reach the estimated order contingent mentioned below. This specified order contingent thus also represents a maximum quantity. Over the entire duration of the framework contract, a contingent of approximately 11,400 person-days is estimated for individual call-off orders. About 1,800 person-days are to be allocated to the (optional) introduction of ServiceNow as a new ITSM tool. Although the order volume has been carefully estimated by the University Hospital RWTH Aachen based on needs, the exact amount of the contingent to be awarded cannot be guaranteed.
