The procurement concerns expert services in solution development and maintenance services, which pertain to the various areas involved in the implementation of customer-oriented digital services and supporting solutions owned by the KEHA Center and/or designated to the KEHA Center. Multiple service providers will be chosen for the framework arrangement.
Through the framework arrangement, resources can also be allocated to a separate framework arrangement for extensive development entities as needed, if these needs relate to the development and maintenance tasks of shared platforms and solutions of the KEHA Center.
This framework arrangement will mainly include the following areas: shared platforms and solutions, integrations, data platforms, customer data repositories and other data warehouses, modern application development solutions (no-code/low-code), as well as solutions for digital work environments and customer relationship management. The lifecycle management of the framework arrangement’s area entities will extensively utilize cloud services and technologies enabled by artificial intelligence.
The development targets included in this framework arrangement are primarily long-term and content-wise changing on a rapid schedule. The acquired expert services will target vitality centers and the ICT duties prescribed for the KEHA Center by regulation. The scope of duties is also broadened by other digitalization development and maintenance tasks assigned to the KEHA Center by the performance managers of the KEHA Center that are tightly related to the operational environment.
