The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information, on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers/applications (the clear and complete responses to all requests for clarification will be attached on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers). Note: The contracting authority is not obliged to respond to requests for clarification/additional information that were not submitted within the timeframe established in section I.1 of the Data Sheet.
