1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the investment task entitled: Implementation in the 'design and build' mode for the task: Reconstruction and modernization of the power supply system for the traction network in Gdańsk.
2. The implementation of the subject of the contract covered by this procedure is part of the EU project entitled: 'Gdańsk City Transport Project stage VA - construction of the tram line Gdańsk Południe Wrzeszcz' FENX.03.01-IP.02-0029/24, under the FENX.03.01 Urban Transport Action priority FENX.03 Urban Transport of the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment Program 2021-2027. This investment will be co-financed under the Action mentioned in the previous sentence.
3. The subject of the contract includes three parts.
3.1 Part No. 1: 'Construction of a new converter station in the area of Jana z Kolna street', the scope of the subject of the contract includes:
1) I subject of acceptance: preparation of complete design documentation along with obtaining all required decisions, agreements, opinions, conditions, and permits necessary for the execution of construction works in accordance with the attached Functional and Utility Program and OPZ,
2) II subject of acceptance: execution of construction work based on the prepared design documentation,
3) Performing author supervision during the realization of the task for construction works and warranty and quality guarantees for construction works based on the design documentation.
3.2 Part No. 2: 'Reconstruction of traction cables in the area of al. Zwycięstwa (from the Baltic Opera to the Oliwa Gate)', the scope of the subject of the contract includes:
1) I subject of acceptance: preparation of complete design documentation along with obtaining all required decisions, agreements, opinions, conditions, and permits necessary for the execution of construction works in accordance with the attached Functional and Utility Program and OPZ,
2) II subject of acceptance: execution of construction work based on the prepared design documentation,
3) Performing author supervision during the realization of the task for construction works and warranty and quality guarantees for construction works based on the design documentation.
3.3 Part No. 3: 'Construction of a converter station in the area of the Oliwa loop along with power supply infrastructure', the scope of the subject of the contract includes:
1) I subject of acceptance: preparation of complete design documentation along with obtaining all required decisions, agreements, opinions, conditions, and permits necessary for the execution of construction works in accordance with the attached Functional and Utility Program and OPZ,
2) II subject of acceptance: execution of construction work based on the prepared design documentation,
3) Performing author supervision during the realization of the task for construction works and warranty and quality guarantees for construction works based on the design documentation.
4. Detailed scope of the contract and conditions for implementation have been specified in the OPZ, which is Attachment No. 8 to the SWZ, and the Functional and Utility Programs (PFU) which are Attachment No. 1 to the Description of the subject of the contract. Other conditions for the implementation of the contract have been specified in the Draft provisions of the contract for public procurement which are, depending on the part of the order, Attachments No. 9.1, 9.2, and 9.3 to the SWZ.
