The subject of the contract is:
1) delivery:
a) 4 pieces of brand-new, complete, and fully functional, low-floor electric urban buses of class MAXI (EV – Electric Vehicle), delivered according to the specification determined by the Ordering Party, along with electronic equipment and necessary licenses;
b) charging infrastructure – 3 dual-position stationary chargers with a minimum power of 120 kW each;
2) conducting training for designated employees of the Ordering Party on the operation of buses and charging infrastructure;
3) provision of documentation;
4) provision of necessary tools (including diagnostic devices) with necessary interfaces and software along with licenses in quantities and scope allowing for free use of all functionalities of the EV buses;
5) granting the Ordering Party internal authorization for servicing and operating EV buses (ASO). Detailed description of the subject of the contract in appendices no. 1 and 2 to the SWZ.
