1. The subject of the contract is carried out as part of the project titled "Development of Digital Services, Improvement of Data Security and Integration of Hospital Systems at Bytów County Hospital Ltd. as part of Investment D1.1.2 "Accelerating processes of digital transformation in healthcare through further development of digital services in healthcare," which is part of component D "Effectiveness, accessibility and quality of the healthcare system" KPO.
2. The goal of the project is the comprehensive digitization of medical and administrative processes and improving the functioning and quality of medical care provided at the Hospital by expanding and integrating the provider's IT system (SSI) and implementing solutions that enhance the level of cybersecurity.
3. The subject of the contract in this procurement procedure includes:
a. Integration and expansion of the provider's IT systems: involves the delivery of hardware and software necessary to expand the currently operated Hospital Information System (SSI) with new functionalities and the EDM Module with additional documents.
b. Digitization of medical documentation relevant to treatment and prevention: includes the provision of a tool for digitizing medical documentation.
c. Actions to increase the level of security: delivery, installation, and configuration of hardware necessary to ensure an appropriate level of security for the facility against cyber threats.
d. Implementation of AI solutions compliant with the documentation of the eHealth Center along with the expansion of the necessary infrastructure for data and image exchange with the Intelligent Services Platform.
4. According to Article 257 of the Pzp Act, the Ordering Party envisages the possibility of canceling the procurement procedure, if public funds that the Ordering Party intended to allocate for financing all or part of the order are not granted to it. The Ordering Party informs that it has submitted an application for funding from the National Reconstruction Plan - Investment D1.1.2 Accelerating processes of digital transformation in healthcare through further development of digital services in healthcare.
5. The detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as OPZ).
6. The detailed conditions for the execution of the subject of the contract are specified in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ model contract.

The detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
5.1. To confirm that the offered supplies meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, the Contractor is obliged to submit along with the offer for:
5.1.1. Application server:
- ISO 14001 certificate for the server manufacturer
- CE declaration of conformity for the server
- Offered servers must contain information about reuse and recycling, must not contain paints and coatings on large plastic parts that cannot be recycled or reused. All products containing electronic components and hazardous ingredients should be safely and easily identifiable and removable. The removal of materials and components should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of Directive WEEE 2002/96/EC. Products must consist of at least 65% reusable/recyclable components. In all products, plastic parts larger than 25 grams should contain no more than trace amounts of flame retardants classified in directive RE 67/548/EEC – to confirm the fulfillment of the above requirements, the Contractor submits a manufacturer's declaration in this regard.
5.1.2. Database server:
