The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The purchase orders will be awarded according to the 'cascade' method. The services are compensated through unit prices. The contract aims to carry out the following services: - Environmental diagnosis of a site, - More detailed ecological studies on fauna and/or flora, - Support for project owners in applying the sequence of avoid, reduce, compensate, - Monitoring of works and the effectiveness of implemented measures. The services concerned relate to themes associated with biodiversity and wetlands. These services are executed on behalf of the Doubs Department, particularly in operations on engineering structures and in matters of natural risks on the departmental road network. This road network includes departmental roads and greenways (notably Eurovelo 6). They may also intervene in buildings (colleges, …) or on properties of the Department (natural spaces, college grounds, …)
