The complexity of the issued topic – especially the integration of renewable fuels, hydrogen, the establishment of hydrogen infrastructure, and complex logistics chains for heavy-duty transport – necessitates processing by a bidder that is highly specialized and networked in this field. For this, the bidder must necessarily present reference projects with the specification of clients, content, and upon request, final reports that demonstrate the successful creation of strategic studies and concepts as well as applied research-oriented concepts in the field of renewable energies, especially regarding hydrogen technologies and their application, for example in the field of fuel cell technology, over a minimum period of five years.
