The contracting authority intends to establish a non-public charging infrastructure for six electric buses at the depot of Reisebüro Schmidt GmbH in Wolfenbüttel, including a customer-owned medium-voltage transfer station, earthworks and civil engineering, as well as data technology.
The procurement project is divided into 3 lots:
Civil engineering and earthworks (Lot 1)
Medium-voltage transfer station (Lot 2)
Charging infrastructure and electrical installation (Lot 3)
It is possible to submit an offer for only one lot. It is also permitted to submit an offer for two or all three lots.
Furthermore, submitting a total offer is permitted. However, to make a total offer valid, bids must also be submitted for all three individual lots.
We point out that close coordination between the work of the individual lots is absolutely necessary for proper service provision. Special obligations apply in this regard, see Annex_Interfaces_and_Cooperation.
The following execution deadlines are agreed as binding deadlines (contract deadlines) for the completion of the services from Lots 1, 2 and 3:
