Description:
The project involves the design, delivery, assembly, and commissioning of photovoltaic installations and energy storage systems in private and public buildings, as well as a hydrogen installation that utilizes excess electricity from existing photovoltaic systems.

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of an investment task under the project entitled "Dynów Foothills Energy Cluster - Initiator of Local Renewable Energy Development"
2. The contracting authority, in accordance with Article 91 paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law, allows for the submission of partial offers. The order is divided into 3 (in words: three) parts, as follows:
2.1. Part 1 – "Dynów Foothills Energy Cluster – Initiator of Local Renewable Energy Development – photovoltaic installations and energy storage in private buildings".
The contract involves designing, delivering, assembling,
and commissioning:
1) for the Town and Municipality of Jawornik Polski:
a) 346 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter and energy storage,
b) 37 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter without energy storage,
c) 19 energy storage installations with a hybrid inverter,
2) for the Town and Municipality of Kańczuga:
a) 241 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter and energy storage,
b) 40 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter without energy storage,
c) 34 energy storage installations with a hybrid inverter,
3) for the Municipality of Hyżne:
a) 257 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter and energy storage,
b) 8 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter without energy storage,
c) 23 energy storage installations with a hybrid inverter,
4) for the Municipality of Dynów:
a) 308 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter and energy storage,
b) 16 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter without energy storage,
c) 17 energy storage installations with a hybrid inverter,
The detailed scope of obligations to be performed by the Contractor is described in the Project Technical Documentation (Description of the Subject of the Contract), constituting (Annex No. 1.1 to the ToR) and in the Draft Contract Provisions (Annex No. 2.1 to the ToR), which are an integral part of the ToR.
2.2. Part 2 of the contract – "Dynów Foothills Energy Cluster – Initiator of Local Renewable Energy Development – photovoltaic installations and energy storage in public utility buildings".
The contract involves designing, delivering, assembling,
and commissioning installations:
1) for the Town and Municipality of Kańczuga:
a) 10 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter and energy storage,
b) 1 energy storage installation with a hybrid inverter,
2) for the Municipality of Hyżne:
15 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter and energy storage,
3) for the Municipality of Dynów:
7 photovoltaic installations with a hybrid inverter and energy storage,
The detailed scope of obligations to be performed by the Contractor is described in the Project Technical Documentation (Description of the Subject of the Contract), constituting (Annex No. 1.2 to the ToR) and in the Draft Contract Provisions (Annex No. 2.2 to the ToR), which are an integral part of the ToR.
2.3. Part 3 of the contract – "Dynów Foothills Energy Cluster – Initiator of Local Renewable Energy Development – hydrogen installation"
The contract involves designing, delivering, assembling,
and commissioning a hydrogen installation cooperating with the contracting authority's existing photovoltaic installation – Municipality of Jawornik Polski, located on the premises of the Palace-Park Complex in Hadlach Szklarskich. The installation carries out the cycle: conversion of excess electricity from the existing photovoltaic installation into hydrogen in a PEM/AEM electrolyzer, high-pressure hydrogen compression, storage in high-pressure tanks, and reconversion of hydrogen into electricity in a PEMFC fuel cell supplying the facility's infrastructure.
The detailed scope of obligations to be performed by the Contractor is described in the Project Technical Documentation (Description of the Subject of the Contract), constituting (Annex No. 1.3 to the ToR) and in the Draft Contract Provisions (Annex No. 2.3 to the ToR), which are an integral part of the ToR.
