The subject of the contract is the delivery to the Ordering Party's premises of computer equipment, database software, servers, storage systems, and networking equipment. The purchase of the aforementioned equipment and software will contribute to achieving the objective of operation D1.1.2, which is to improve the functioning of the entity, increase the efficiency of service provision, ensure patients receive appropriate care, and better access to information regarding their health status through support for the informatization of the healthcare sector and increased level of cybersecurity for the Ordering Party.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Terms of Reference (SWZ) along with attachments, particularly with the Functional and Technical Requirements (OPZ) and Price Proposal (PPU) (separate for each part).
3. The Ordering Party allows for the submission of partial bids.
4. The Contractor may submit a bid for all parts of the order. The Ordering Party does not limit the number of parts of the order for which the Contractor may submit a bid and does not specify a maximum number of parts of the order that may be awarded to one Contractor.
5. The number of parts of the order (tasks): 4.
6. Place of execution of the order: National Institute of Geriatrics, Rheumatology, and Rehabilitation.
7. Detailed issues regarding the deadline for executing the subject of the order are specified in the PPU and OPZ (separate for each part of the order).
8. In cases specified in the draft contract, the deadline for executing the contract may be changed.
10. The Ordering Party does not allow for variant bids.
11. The Ordering Party does not foresee awarding contracts referred to in Article 214, paragraph 1, point 8 of the Public Procurement Law.
12. The Ordering Party does not foresee the use of the right of option.
13. The equipment and software that are the subject of the order must be permitted for circulation and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland and meet the requirements specified in the OPZ. The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the order complies with the DNSH principle (do no significant harm), as defined in Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 2020/852, and meets the following conditions:
a) Does not cause significant greenhouse gas emissions and operates in an energy-efficient manner - the device is equipped with energy-saving modes (stand-by, automatic shutdown) and does not exceed the permissible energy consumption thresholds for the given type of equipment - if applicable
b) Does not cause significant damage regarding adaptation to climate change - the equipment is resistant to environmental conditions as required by technical standards, including temperature and humidity changes.
c) Supports the circular economy - the equipment has a modular design facilitating disassembly, repairs, and recycling; the equipment manufacturer has ISO 14001 certification.
d) Does not lead to significant air, soil, or water pollution - the device does not emit hazardous substances during use, does not contain freons or other compounds on the HFC/CFC list,
e) Does not harm biodiversity and ecosystems - the production and use of the equipment do not lead to ecosystem degradation, and the materials used come from legal and sustainable sources.

Delivery of All-in-One computers and laptops along with software.
The subject of the order is the delivery of All-in-One computers and laptops, along with office software and necessary accessories, to replace the outdated, exhausted computer units currently in use which do not meet current technical and user requirements. The delivered equipment must meet the following requirements:
1. The offered equipment must be brand new and come from authorized distribution channels.
