General planning services for the bus depot Frankfurt am Main East.
The Frankfurt Municipal Utilities Holding (SWFH) will construct a bus depot for up to 39 electric buses in the district of Frankfurt-Seckbach. In addition to the carport for parking and charging the electric buses, a continuous maintenance hall for simple maintenance and cleaning work as well as a two-story operations building with break rooms and office spaces will be built. The property in the industrial area has an area of approximately 6,300 sqm. The completion and commissioning of the new bus depot is scheduled for 02/2028. The property is currently still occupied with production and administration buildings. The buildings are to be demolished. The property is classified as contaminated land. Environmental preliminary investigations of the property indicate local soil contamination. The subject of the contract to be awarded here are the general planning services for site clearing (including contaminated site treatment) and the construction of the bus depot. The general planning services include: - Object planning for buildings and interiors - Structural planning - Technical equipment - Fire protection - Building physics - Thermal protection and energy balancing - Building physics - Soundproofing - Traffic facilities - Outdoor facilities - Surveying - Geotechnics - Safety and health coordination - Planning area for contaminated sites and soil contamination The planning services cover phases LPH. 1 (Basic assessment) to LPH. 8 (Object monitoring). The services include basic as well as special services. The commissioning will be carried out in stages. Service level 1 (site clearing) and service level 2 (planning new construction) will be commissioned together, while service levels 3 (execution preparation new construction) and 4 (execution new construction) can be called off by the client.
